I went to look for my little Coleen, in July 2007, at "Du Clan d'Ukiok" , a small family breeding near Gap in the Alps where I was very well received. Initially, I was looking for a puppy black and white, like my other Malamutes, because I have a preference for this type of colour and mask. I discovered that, finally, this type of color is not so present in France. I fell into this breeding, "Du Clan d'Ukiok", which had a range of puppies whose father was black and white. Therefore, I hope that Coleen got this black and white gene and that she will send to these future puppies.

When she arrived home, she was rather well received by my 2 other dogs. She has not cried too much the first night and none from the second. She had a beautiful cream coat, which, unfortunately, was replaced by black hair. Only these pretty small black eyes remained. For now !!!

With a summer not too hot, we started doing very regular walks, without making them too long.

Gradually, Coleen takes a darker coat color, and she grew very quickly.

She grew a lot, but She grows fat too, will have to be put on a diet !!!!
